Jump Rope for Heart

Students who would like to perform jump rope at the Evening of the Arts will practice during lunch recess on Wednesdays this month.  Donation envelopes were sent home with all students last week.  The envelopes are due back at school on May 28^th.

Recess

Students need to have both indoor (gym appropriate) and outdoor shoes at school at all times.  Thank you for helping us keep the mud and wetness out of our halls and classroom.  Jackets are also recommended on a regular basis, just in case it rains.

Volunteer Appreciation

Be sure to RSVP for the volunteer appreciation lunch being held May 17 at the school.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  If you are hoping to drive on our field trip that day you can join the lunch as soon as we get back from our trip. 

Field Trip

Our field trip to the Aviation Museum is part of our Position and Motion unit in Science.  Students will get a tour of the museum and will complete a workshop in which they will build their own cars.  Please sign and return the permission form by next Monday.
