Short Week

Today is Earth day.  We have discussed many ways in which we can help protect the earth.  We have covered topics like trash, recycling, water/power conservation and caring for living things.  We did a couple writing assignments to show our ideas.  Check out our "earth"lings.

In our study of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia we are studying the Mi'qmak Aboriginal people.  We are going to be doing a project to demonstrate our learning.  Each student will need a sturdy piece of cardboard, or a shoe box to use for their project.  If you are able to send some cardboard to school we will put it to good use, please and thank you.

Don't forget that there are no classes this Friday.
