Short Week

This past week we worked on completing our "Where in the World" booklets.  We are working on a Community unit in Social Studies in which we will look more closely at our Local Community in the coming weeks.  Our trip to the Aviation museum will also cover this topic, and extend into our Canadian Community.

We spent some time last week working on a Fall art project using various colours and textures.  The pumpkin patch is also complete.

Both Grade 2s and Grade 3s are continuing work on numbers in Math class.  Grade 2s are focused on even/odd and currency right now.  Grade 3s are working on building numbers to 1000 in a variety of ways.

The Grade 2s are working on a French Colour book right now.  They look great so far!
